It should nominally be a good investment opportunity. I would imagine that aside from Newcastle it is by far the biggest one club city and only vague competition locally is from rugby league.

Problem as ever with Leeds is their fans. If they could get rid of the majority of them and bring in sentient and non-bovine human beings they would have a good set up. Oh and the fact that the club is a moral and ethical vacuum that has been built year on year, decade on decade, on foundations of cheating, malfeasance, financial and reputational bankruptcy and sheer unadultered shithousery.
