Thought he wss one of the better refs we've had i  recent years. Let a fair bit go unpunished maybe 1 or 2 yellows for some of their persistent fouling but they were clever taking it in turns to clatter Copps for example. let down at times by a poor linesman on the West

I thought he let too much go early on, particularly the persistent fouling of Copps. He then compensated by whistling for nothing challenges (both sides) in the second half. I'd rather refs put their stamp on the game and then let it breathe when required than do the opposite. Still, I expect we'll see much worse.
