It's clear to me anyway, there are four players we are close on signing plus, Ward and Baptiste.

Ideally DM wants a mixture of proven pedigree, particularly with the strikers, and young talent.

Whether thay all come off and when, time will tell. Now in the hands of agents and GB I would imagine.

And I would say, if we get them all, we’re about back on track, numbers-wise. Out of those 6, there are 3 strikers, 1 attacking midfielder and 2 cb’s. of the Wolves players, I can see a lot of similarity to what Wilks could offer, so that one will be interesting to see if it comes off.

I hope we get Baptiste, as I think we need to replace Butler’s experience at the back. With Ward, there’s every reason to think that him and Copps could be good for one another. Remember someone similar joining us when SOD was manager, and that worked a treat.
