Unfortunately, I think not getting a striker just isn't an option... I cant see where the goals will come from, I was hoping for Sadlier to push on this season but he has been poor IMO in pre season

I think if we set up with those three/May being involved it would be a temporary measure for the one match, a out and out striker could then be found for subsequent matches.

in fairness we can't judge anyone on pre season as things are just a training exercise, just wait till it all starts, you have not got long to wait now

We are not a one man team are we.
It’s only because Marquis hardly missed a match that some seem to think he is irreplaceable. Well he isn’t and we have won games without him. Did we not get 4 v Bristol R last season.
We got 2 goals & drew with Hull on Saturday a team in a higher div.
Yes i know it was a friendly.

There IS life after Marquis. Don’t panic, DM will get his man.
If not this week it will in all probability be next week.

Footballers don’t fall off trees, it takes time with negotiations and as i have said before DM is making sure we get the right fit for our team.
