He looks a very good player.

Copps shaded it for me though. That ability to make time and space on the ball separates him from almost anyone else at this level. Simply brilliant footballer.

By the time he came on we were playing long balls, he looked okay but hard to tell from that.

Close call between Copps and John but Copps gets my vote.

He got climbed all over and was too weak for their second goal, but apart from that I also thought John had a solid game.

Lawyer for me. Pulled off 2 world class saves and was unlucky to concede 2.

Other than when he came on the pitch as a substitute you are quite right... it might have only lasted 2 mins but he definitely came on.  :)

I think Lawlor is still week on crosses. Very surprised Deing is not getting selected. Looks much more assured on crosses judging by his performance against against Hull and Grimsby and is also a very good shot stopper.

Dieng might score the odd header for us as well based on the Grimsby match. Lawlor is a good keeper capable of brilliance but also the exact opposite. He seems to be a massive confidence player and needs us all behind him.

YEH, if you think Dieng will score for us, headers or otherwise, you are a WUM and a Muppet, ok?

He very nearly scored at Grimsby with a header... obviously you weren’t there and have the sense of humour of a log!

John gets my vote, excellent today. Copps and Lawlor not far behind at all.

John for me, looks some player - good positional sense, decent in the air, good with the ball at his feet.  I look forward to him developing alongside Tom.
