Considering we ain't got a home game for nearly a month, plus the shrews game postponed, maybe a replay ain't the end of the world.  Some action for the home fans, plus some actual minutes into the players legs in that 2 week break that we were looking at....

Having gone 1 nil down, getting it back to 1-1 and a replay is not a bad thing. Pity I’ll miss the replay!

Would you describe a one goal deficit with half a game to go as an uphill task.?

I think most people would.

Really.?? Two down maybe, but at one nil anything can happen..

Are we really that pessimistic.?

It’s not pessimism at all - going a goal down changes the complexion of the game and makes it a lot harder to get anything out of the game ergo an uphill battle. Doesn’t mean the game’s over by any means, just more difficult.

If we hadn’t have equalised, say after 60-65 mins and then they score a second or we have a red card, then that would become an uphill struggle..

1-0 down at half time whilst we’re well in the game, anything can happen..
