The tide was very slowly starting to turn just before ht, let's hope we come out all guns blazing, a quick early goal and their heads might drop..

Every ball now should go through Taylor. Their big lump is on a yellow, pressure him into making rash challenges.

First 15-20 mins we were very poor. The goal was a poor goal, we fell asleep.
Last 15 mins or so we came more into the game,
The messing about at the back is hard to watch

So, do we deserve to be level at HT?...or maybe in front? BBC gives possession to us at 55:45%

We've been second best.

Sunderland have pressed us high, but I don't think they can keep that intesnsity up all game.
We deserve to be level because we took that chance..

On the game itself, we are a little behind in performance terms. 0-1 or 1-2 at HT wouldn’t have been unjustified..

We need to up our game 2nd half.

Thanks, Copps i M and IDM!

“Their goal was poor.” Really? Apparently, it was a superb free kick, and unstoppable! Just repeating what I’ve read!

Their goal came from a quick free kick - short pass to Gooch who curled it in..

Not one to grumble but we are down to 16th and I don’t have high hopes for the oxford game after the last time we played them. Hopefully we can pull it together and at least get a draw.

Gomes is dreadful. Too weak, not enough awareness, slows the game down too much.

Gomes totally naive ... fouling on edge of box when absolutely no need.

Yes very poor
Took a quick free kick to gooch who turned, ran with it and shot.

We’ve created nothing at all

It’s injury time and we’re passing around On the edge of our own box.

Sunderland haven’t scored away from home under Parkinson yet today they could’ve had 5

Frustrating as hell, made worse by listening to Peter Catt, the guy just makes random noises.
