Ticket question
« on January 06, 2020, 06:01:53 pm by scawsby steve »
I've dropped a clanger by forgetting to order my ticket for tomorrow's game. That means if I ring the ticket office up to order tomorrow, I'll lose my £4 DNA discount, because it's match day.

I've never ordered online before, so if I do that tonight, will I still get my £4 discount, and how do I then collect the tickets?

Is it complicated? Advice appreciated.

It's only quoting £17 standard price for seniors. No mention of DNA discount.

There should be a drop down to include member prices, which you select then allocate the ticket to yourself - assuming you are logged in.

It won't let me log in as a new client. I'm about to give up.

Sadly I've never had any luck with the online side of drfc , passwords not working, password reset.options sending me round in loops..   as I work in IT I'm pretty sure I'm pressing the buttons in the correct order as well ?

Explain your situation at the ticket office tomorrow, I'm sure they will be sympathetic.

Isn't there a help option? I thought that there was a support system in place. Failing that ring the ticket office tomorrow and explain that you couldn't log on to buy.
As a last resort pm me tomorrow as I gave my alliance tickets to a mate and he will probably have a spare.

In that case Adam, there's no chance for me, a technophobe. I'll just have to suck it up and pay the full price.

I know it's my own fault, but I'm a bit p*ssed off, as I also had to pay more at Peterborough through paying on the day.

I hope to f*ck we win tomorrow night even more so now.

That's very kind of you Idler. I'll see what happens at the ticket office tomorrow and get back to you.

I get two free tickets twice a year. My son can't make it and we are flying to Goa on Monday so I passed my tickets to a mate who usually has a spare. I can get in touch and let you have his mobile. Last year I forgot that I had given him my tickets and ended up buying a ticket but at least we beat Blackpool that night.

Thanks guys for all your help with this, especially Idler. I've just spoken with Suzanne in the ticket office and she was tremendously helpful. She not only allowed the discount, but explained the procedure I should have taken online for future reference, and has provided me with my supporters ID to be able to do so.

We may have our disagreements on Brexit and politics, but what a wonderful and helpful football club we have, with great supporters.

COYR.

Good to hear Steve. I won't be wondering if I've missed a message when I go out in a bit now.👍
I hope that we can manage a win as well to calm a few nerves and cheer us up.
