Wouldn’t be happy if he ended Jan with what we’ve got now. As if it could happen and it’s out of his hands.Haha did we not? What a surprise.

Nowhere near.Sm I know your going to defend the club with all your might especially when thugs are not 100% factually correct or people are reading between the lines to try and assess what's going on. The thing is that fans are getting really fed up with what is going on from a football side of things and that DM is being hung out to dry as he is the only one on the public side saying things. It's not good enough in a nut shell, I get that the summer was knackered by mccann going but if our club was showing enough ambition, drive and determination and give him money to really push to go up do you not think he may well have stayed rather than jump at the first opportunity?DM has basically come out and said that he needs a squad with more depth to get to the top 6. I will be very happy but currently amazed if we have signed anyone of any callibre on a permanent contract in this window.I think fans have accepted that we have been doing a try before you buy with loans and that DM has had to use loans to get a half decent team. But it is not a long term sustainable strategy and there is signs that there is no strategy anymore at least above DM. I felt for the players against Shrewsbury as you can tell the frustration is building against the board from fans and I felt it resulted in a lack of patience with the team.I'd just like some honesty,,..... Not spin, no its a top 6-8 budget bullshit just something such as, we see the summer as the time to buy the players permanently, we are focusing on getting contracts tied up with 16 existing players to prevent a continual summer of rebuilding again and so will give DM the money if the right man is there that he wants otherwise it will be loans to get us through the season. It's not telling their rivals who we are going for but throwing us fans a bone. This lack of any information other than what DM can tell us is undermining all thengood work the board have done to build the rovers name. If they won't be forthcoming then maybe it's time they realise they have failed in their attempts to make the club sustainable and successful at the same time and need to move aside

Where does he say it's out of his hands? And DM is just generalising, of course he won't be happy, and neither will we, which is why it won't happen.
Move, who the bloody hell do you think our owners are going to stand aside for?

But if he’s saying that, it’s clearly insinuating it is a possibility, and he’s just said he wouldn’t be happy if it did happen. Gotta ask the questions why we’re missing out on players - Darren’s identified them, but the club seemingly can’t sign them as we’re not offering enough cash. It’s quite clear to see what’s going on

godlike,That post of yours would need War and Peace from me to answer all the detail that you touch on, and to be fair it's been along day and I could do with putting my feet up!But firstly, I only defend the club with all my might when I know there is something to defend. I'm probably their biggest critic and have been so for years, but I like to do my criticising behind closed doors and work on outcomes that are beneficial.I get the frustration, I really do, but why would I defend in a situation like this? Because the 'reasons' posters are putting out what they consider is factual it simply isn't.Do you not think that I ask the same questions as everyone else? Of course I do, but the responses I'm making are based on those discussions with the club, and not what some journalist from any media source has posted. Honesty? I think the club have been honest, its just that whatever they say it will never be enough for some.
DM has in fact said that we have missed out on some targets. The below is all from the DFP article, with direct quotes from DM....Rovers have yet to make a signing this month and Moore says some targets have gone elsewhere - but he is not overly concerned with that.“There’s one or two that we’ve missed out on for various reasons,” he said.“It can be just the player choosing to go somewhere else or the advisor getting involved.”

So if you are speaking to the club .What is the fees the club got for Marquis ./ Cup and Little Alfie May.If we have a top 6 budget why do we need loans . What was Darren Moore’s target was it to avoid relegation or get into the playoffs . Does Darren Moore have a get out clause at the end of the season.

Not who the board or the CEO want despite Gavin Baldwin’s assurances that the money is there, or are you calling GB a liar?Stop reading between the lines & ‘following’ the doom mongering sheep that pervade the forum.
