Yes it does. Unfortunately it has probably cost us our chance of the playoffs. IF others win their games in hand we’ll have too much to do.

Not really, had we won today we would have been well in the mix

Assuming Portsmouth win their game in hand we are 6 points off the play offs. With 4 home games left. Can’t see it happening.

After The mess that McCann left us with, we are doing well to be where we are.

Call me an old git - but genuinely not bothered about playoffs - because if you get in them you want to go up & I believe it would prove highly damaging if we did we’re way off having the squad available to compete- however 12 months down the line DM cam build a squad to truly challenge

What makes you think that? Will we have a bigger League 1 budget next season?

16 points from 13 away games. With so many away games left, unless we have a dramatic change of away form then we are not going to make the play offs.

No assuming they win the game in hand they aren’t the team in 6th. Sunderland would be and they are 6 points ahead of us. 🙄

It gives Moore 2 full windows and his acquisitions have been good - given he was left with hardly anything to work with when McCann sodded off

No, because Sunderland would still be on 54 points, six in front of us.

Without Okenabirhie for the next 3 games it will be an even bigger uphill climb. I assume Moore saw him as our star striker.

And next week we're at his old club Shrewsbury, where he probably would have shone, as players often do against their former teams.

Can I ask, why is it each time we win we are play off contenders and each time we lose we have no chance at all.

While we have a chance we have a chance. Today was a set back yes but that’s all.
If we put a run of 4 consequitive wins together then we are right back in it.

Shrewsbury A  Wycombe H  MK Dons A  Wimbledon H
So not impossible, no easy games but all winnable.

It’s because campsall that the teams above us all got results, barring Peterborough. The points swing today has been massive.

Whilst there is obviously always a chance, do you honestly think we will win 9 from the last 13? Being optimistic is a great quality to have but sometimes you need to ditch it for reality otherwise you will never move forward

Sorry if your not optimistic we may as well all go home and not bother.
Is that what the manager is saying to the players?

Of course it will be difficult and the odds are against us, but we still have a great chance and unless you believe it there is no point in turning up.

8 wins  and 2 draws will do it imo. Possible Yes. Will we do it. No idea.

2 games we've missed Bolton and Tranmere away, very winnable.
Let's say we had played them and got 6 points we would be in 5th would we all be giving up then ?

74 points won’t do it mate. Not this year I’m afraid.

Well we won at Tranmere in the rearranged fixture. Bolton is a good point but it’s irrelevant now. If we had not lost to Coventry, drew last week etc. Every team can do that

You know that for a fact?  Lot of teams are going to take points of each other. Only 44 games this season.

Of course the manager and players wont be giving up Campsall.

The fans wont be on the pitch though will they so having an opinion on whether we can do it wont make a scrap of difference to our promotion hopes.

How much luck do you need to avoid a sending off or not to concede two own goals or miss a hat full of chances late in the game . If we’re due some luck it will need to get delivered in a truck !!
