He's just been appointed referee the Leasing.Com Trophy Final, so maybe he'll be on his best behaviour.

I thought he was a bit inconsistent (so what's new?) but it was far from the worst I've seen from him.

  First ref this season to clamp on attackers being in the penalty area for goal kicks, and goalkeepers not having the ball in the six yard box for goal kicks.
