Seems to be really jumpy which it wasn't for the Blackburn game.

Same for me. First time I've used it. Logged in about twenty minutes before kick-off - no problems with video or audio from then on.

It's a new service so will potentially have teething issues which when they're telling us check it's working it is smart to check. There will be less and less issues as time goes by but you're better listening to people when they're saying make sure your code work before blaming them when it doesn't.

The code promotions for season ticket holders IS a new service.

Used it for the first time today. All worked fine via my tablet then cast to my TV.

Sound did go funny a couple of times but that's it.

Would rather be there of course but it's a means to an end and helps the club.

I decided to give it a go and worked a treat on my phone. I don't have a smart tv so couldn't "cast it".
I tried to download the app to my laptop but when it came to install it said no suitable device is there a way I can watch the future games on my laptop, help appreciated

If you go to the iFollow website and login you can watch it on your laptop without having to download the app

As I said above was able to watch it on my phone but despite connecting my phone to the TV via Chromecast I could only cast the sound to the TV
I was led to believe that there was a way to cast the picture to the TV but was unable to work that out
I have to say that the whole situation was teeth grindingly difficult

I think the service/tech could be a little better to be honest and maybe the system isn't perfect with so many more than usual using it, but I say that having used it twice this season (and twice last) with no issues, including from Prague today.

Worst thing that happened was the commentary audio warping a few times so it sounded like Daleks were in the booth.

Yes Filo, while ever crowds are not back to full capacity.

I got the dalek commentary a couple of times RA but otherwise the coverage was excellent for me too.

It’s anything but a new service. And it’s been plagued with periodic faults since day one. I had a problem getting the live stream working today and missed the first 20 mins or so. The stream also went blurry on occasions and the audio had connection problems despite me having a 100mbps connection. I’m not that hopeful it will improve but without it, I see very little of Rovers so have to stick with it.

Tried it on big tv via laptop and hdmi - worked a treat and I quite enjoyed the game. Like others said the pic was a bit jumpy and the sound went as though we had been invaded by aliens

I think the deal was over 50% capacity, but I could be wrong.

In any case, that's probably some way off.

Like I said earlier the code part is a new service and that's the part in question.

I think the sound would have been an issue inside the ground and the cables, when it happened a couple of times, I flicked onto the away audio and it was perfect.

Last season the audio was a bit hit and miss in some games and it was usually blamed on the tech in the ground.
