Going from the commentary, just me who thought Taylor wasn't all that on Tuesday? Got the ball lots and ran at players well but there was no end product.

We just need to do the basics right simple passes just not working.

Hopefully we can see the first half out and push on in the second half

Richards is amazing.

In what way, DO?

Brilliant on the ball and has an eye for a pass.

Thanks, DO!

Not sure which Richards he is referring to Wilts. So far we haven't got one player who is looking better than average I'm afraid.

Should be 1-0 MK at the end of the half.

Terrific work by Richards to prevent MK having a tap in.

Mk should be winning we really need to step up in this second half we have been lucky a few times, we really need to test the mk keeper

Hasn't been fantastic so far. Hopefully we'll improve after the break. Solid if unspectacular.

Basing it on Blackburn, Bradford and today.

Definitely need to try something different for me. The game is missing the guile of Copps. MK Don's look too well organised to break down with the team we have out.

John-Jules overhead kick was a good effort.

With new lads you need a bit of experience up top to help them but Taylor is sometimes as naive as they are.

They're not sure of their jobs yet without the ball and yes, we're missing the Sheaf back up for Whiteman but, we're only 45 mins into the season with bags of talent to be harnessed.

Gomes should be doing more.

Aye. Looks like the team was set up to deliver death by pace but can't really seem to get the ball into the dangerous areas so far.

Richards did brilliantly to deny MK what should have been a certain goal just before half time, other than that he hasn't really done anything. Having said that nobody else has either. I would have Copps and Feji on before too long in the second half if things don't improve.

John jules was offside but glad to see him willing to try hopefully we can get the early goal then make them come out more which should give more space at the back

Richards excellent tracking back and did a nice flick behind to unlock a good counter

Feel like we should of started wit the team that’s played more preseason bring the new lads in as the game gets on and make them earn their place rather than walking straight in after one day!

We need a better ball winner I'd say.  Whiteman hasn't had the effect he can on the game so far.

I agree. What's the point of pre-season games if you give priority in opening league matchnew players who have only met the day previously
