Advice please - Private CV-19 testing services

I have to obtain a CV-19 test for travel next week, sampling must be not more than 72hrs prior to travel.  Anyone have recommendations for suitable companies?   The only one I've found offering 24hr turnaround (not guaranteed) is Assured Screening and Ironically, they're based at Barnard Castle... couldn't make it up could you.

There's quite a number available. The one I was going to use is an in person test in Scunthorpe.
