Just read this & it made me very sad. Some of you may remember this 5 years ago.
The scumbags that did this ruined his life & that of his family.It was a sickening case & the perpetrators should be done for manslaughter at least. Though I dare say there's a law that says they can't because they've already been sentenced for the attack.

According to the BBC link, Essex Police “will review the initial investigation to establish whether we need to take any further action." Let’s hope that there is sufficient evidence to charge these so-called human beings.
