iFollow for STH from this Saturday

I've just signed into my iFollow account and I also have the option to buy a match pass.

Yes it's the same email on my ST account.

I don't understand. Enter it where?
I'm logged on to iFollow with the same e-mail address as I have used since I registered, which is the same e-mail address I previously got the codes sent to.

What is the 'Streaming Window'? When I go to Next Match, I get a black bar at the bottom of it with a 'Buy a Video Match Pass' link.

I am hoping the above is how it works and the " Access to the match live on iFollow will be available here from 1 hour before kick-off " will be replaced with the usual "Watch live" notification

On the page where you would normally have the link to buy match access, the message is now showing 'You already have access to this match.'

If anyone want a free code copy below I won it on the EFL rewards app but as it's a home game and I'm a season ticket holder I have no need for it

So, the latest information is that the upload of the data will be done by tomorrow afternoon.

At that point supporters will have access to home games moving forward.

How fans can check for access

In order for fans to check whether they have been granted access to the Season Ticket Licence, it's a simple 3 step process to do so.

1. Log in to iFollow on the club website
2. Click your name in the navigation bar to get to 'My Account page'
3. Click the + sign next to 'Purchased Packages'

If you have been granted access, you will see 'Season Ticket - Doncaster Rovers' listed here

Who was having a mental breakdown? I find your statement very rude. No doubt, the new system won't work for some - and not knowing whether you are one of the unlucky ones would seem to be foolish, if you sat idly by without asking a perfectly straightforward question.

tbf - I seem to have access to the Game without doing any of the above Steps in SM s notes in Reply #20. I saw that and thought I would get set up for tomorrow so no last minute panicking

I dont know if these things do work - they are not even there?

Maybe I am already "signed in to I Follow" - because when I go to DROS my name appears on right hand side already (next to Search magnifying glass)

When I go to Subscribe and choose Video Match Pass - clicking it or scrolling down takes me to - Match Passes and there it says "You already have access to this match."

So I have done none of the 3 steps -  and I cant even see "Purchased packages" so I am not seeing  'Season Ticket - Doncaster Rovers' either

Anyone else getting the same as I am ? I seem to be "in" but dont know how - hope it lasts
