And of course what it took was a piece of skill by my man of the match Brad Halliday to unlock them...

It’s not fickle.....we are all watching the game, doesn’t need a degree to see we are poor

Not fickle at all! Was an absolute robbery. Was I still jumping around the living room though? Of course I was. Doesn’t take away from a very poor performance. However it has happened against us on many other occasions so not sorry 1 bit.

Have any of these so called supporters ever played against a team that is far superior? You can try and try but nothing comes off. They kept trying and trying and got a lucky undeserved point, hats off!!!

If you come up against a better team with double+ your money a bigger (and deeper) squad and you come out of it with a point, you have done well....

Not really sure what your point is. Are we not allowed to point out when the team have played shite just because they're up against a decent side? No one was disputing the effort, but it was still shite.

Cant wait to hear what spin DM puts on that performance.

I don’t think he will put any spin on it. We were second best from the get go, but stuck at it and nicked a point. Sunderland didn’t rain down chances on our goal. And we never never troubled Remi. In fact, they could have put Remi from the Stone Roses in goal to be fair.

What Sunderland did do is completely shut us down. They worked incredibly hard and killed any momentum we tried to build. They made us look crap. We’re not. But they were bigger, faster, hungrier. We were lucky but apart from the fantastic strike for their goal, Lumley did not have that much to do.

Sunderland have quality but little creativity apart from Gooch.

Do you realise there’s two teams in a game of football? Sunderland were superb, not one of our players would get in the Sunderland team, doesn’t make us shite, just they’re miles better.

I gotta turn this shite off.....it’s pathetic...

I could have sworn we have had a rest weekend, yet look apathetic beyond belief....

John is not a left back and DM has sacrificed balance for preferential treatment....that is very obvious!
The so called “ best centre backs “ in the division are woefully inadequate at playing the ball on the floor....

This isn’t fickle?

No further questions.

Cannot believe we got a point, but I'm delighted.

Halliday did so, so well to set that goal up. I had him to score today at 33/1 and I very nearly got that to come off! Anyway.

We were shocking today so it's a huge bonus to get the draw. Let's hope it spurs the players on to improve on Tuesday but we can't play like that again.

You keep saying try and try but I saw a lack of effort out there today. It was so obvious with the lack of movement every time Joe in goal had the ball at his feet. One bit of quality from us all game by Halliday and we get the goal. Work rate needs to improve on Tuesday.
