Replica away shirts - sizes unavailable in shop?

Thinking of getting an away shirt and the only sizes available on the shop website are XS and 3X and 4X...

You'd think going into the Christmas period they'd have everything fully stocked.

i tried to order one at the weekend. either logistical cock up, or everyone in the (virtual) pub will be wearing a grey/black away shirt on boxing day.

Agreed PDX... been attempting to get one ordered for my son who’s in Australia but the sizes left are plain daft.. looks like a trip to the store

I sent them a message the other day asking if they had any large away shirts - apparently they haven't and not intending to manufacture anymore at this point.

Its not great, my wife ordered something in the sale for me and said she's just had an email saying order cancelled and will be refunded yet no explanation. Said its no longer in the sale now and the delivery prices are ridiculous. Not impressed

That's happened to me in every sale I've bought anything in since EPS took over the club shop. I don't bother now if I can't get in the shop.

Similar to us prior. Toddler kits were £10, one came the other didn't no notification.  I had to chase them and they told me it was out of stock and would be refunded.  A day later they were in stock at higher price but they wouldn't honour my order. Not even sure that's legal to be honest once accepted.  It's really poor when the club needs fans goodwill right now.

Agreed. I must have been lucky as generally I've found the online process to be good. Living in sheff I can't get to the shop that often so need this to work. If this is their approach I'm not likely to stick it out for long

I’ve found the online shop really good.
Purchased plenty of tops and shorts in the sale for the gym.
X blade training tops for £2 each and I don’t think the postage is bad at all.

 So the shirts now only last 1 season, and to get the size you want you have to get them in the first 4 months else you cant buy the size you want at xmas..Brilliant thinking...

Bought some away shorts as part of the Black Friday sale, paid and everything.

An hour later, an email through saying "actually we're out of stock, you can have your money back in 3-5 working days."

Why let me place the order then if you're out of stock? Or, more to the point, why are you advertising them?

Sounds like the shop at the Den. It's absolutely shite. They only seem to stock anything in either XS or XXXL! The other year they couldn't print names on kids shirts because they didn't have any letter A or E! The two most popular letters in the English language. You couldn't make it up. I've seen better shops in non league.

Similar problem for my wife. Tried to order the away shirt for me. Our card was rejected for some reason (and not because there was no money in the account) so she paid through PayPal. Thought that was my Christmas present boxed off only for the money to be refunded through PayPal and an email to follow from elite sports to say the money has gone back. No explanation. Nothing. Rang the club shop to query it and no answer. Business lost and I'm now getting some new old school hair metal vinyl for Christmas instead

I ordered two XL and a M for my grandchildren yesterday and all seems fine and confirmed including letters on the back. They want to wear them at their dad’s funeral so hopefully there won’t be a problem.
