Completely right. He's a locally based family man with strong values. Many of those have succeeded here (I think of Blairy immediately).

To be fair I was thinking of his branded shin pads that appeared in the video, that he was on about launching, rather than the video itself.

However it should be said nothing he's said or done so far calls his commitment into question, quite the opposite in fact. He seems very enthusiastic about getting started!
