Set pieces. Cannot defend them, absolutely appalling at taking them. We have had Smith, Richards and Bostock all now take them today and every single one has been a complete waste of time. It is an embarassment frankly.

Im not watchng the game but seems we're a bit fortunate to be ahead.   Understand there's a lot underway here at the moment with the takeover business and will Lambert and the owner be moving on, some think nothing will even come of it.

I just want to concentrate on today and what happens on the field than backroom events but here's two teams on similar place in the league with a promotion chance but being realistic I dont beleive we'll make it.    Disappointment is all to frequent with us but a win today and three encouraging scores before it,  maybe you can start to believe.   Would hope to hold out for the win obviously.

An it's   2 - 0  now, missed a goal typing away.    May be a bit hard on you but still time for things to change.

We have just done it again with a horrific short corner by Jon Taylor. A total waste of yet another set piece. Whoever is in charge of coaching these is robbing a living. Dreadful.

Wonder what Moore's wages are then? He coaches them. That's his 'thing'

They are beyond a joke. Never ever result in anything threatening and we always lose possession. It has been the same for ages.

It's really bad. So much ponderous possession with absolutely no urgency. This is currently a truly terrible defensive unit shipping goals all over the place and leaving everyone with a huge hill to climb. Someone needs to tell them there is no bonus goal for possession. Make no mistake, Ipswich are about as poor as it gets in the top half and we caused them few problems in the second half when it was really needed. This is as bad as it has been under Moore and with all that money spent in January.

Mid table at best based on current performances!

I thought we played well there. Desperately unlucky to be behind at half time. Looked like a really good team at times.

Conceding goals at regular pace now  , our attack is just clueless to on getting behind defenders or even get close to having shot on target . 1 point in last 5 games is worrying now .

Until we had to defend a set piece or when we got in front of goal, you're absolutely right.

Why are we still tippy tapping around at the back in added time, when we’re a goal down? Halliday had a nightmare game. The only positive for me is Bostock, who was excellent. Unless DM changes something quickly, mid table obscurity is sadly beckoning.

Ipswich were shocking we completely dominated that game.

Why won’t Taylor take his man on in a 1 on 1

All he does op is pass it backwards. We need to use our wide men much better.
Trying to thread balls through a needle in the middle which is where Ipswich wanted us.
Threw away 3 points against a very ave team today.

No point looking at Lincoln and Peterborough results now. Need to be checking what 7th 8th and 9th are doing now.

70 percent possession 60 yards from goal all game. At least Bostock looks forward. Rest shocking today.

It’s looking like Peterbro could run away with this title now.
JCH is having a good season for them.

74.2 possession and we lost.

I think that says it all really. We need to sort out set pieces quick and be much more ruthless in front of goal.

If we had won 3-0 today Ipswich could not call that an injustice.

What used to give me comfort about the play offs was that we had a decent record last season and this against the better sides. We've now come up against many of them in the last few weeks and embarassed ourselves. Even if we hang on for the play offs, it seems they have all got the mark of us and we don't have a Plan B to either defend against them or hurt them.

I was saying this earlier in the season as well - our defensive unit is not keeping enough clean sheets. They are leaving the rest of the lads with too much too do after fannying around and conceding a couple of piss weak goals at the start of every game.

Should have signed him when we had the chance.
Oh that would require foresight..... My bad

Difficult to say when our next win will come, balcombe at the moment seems a bit dodgy. Not sure about bogle but we are still in the hunt.

JCH will get them in to the championship then be sold for 15 million to a premiership team plus add ons.
