I read this earlier ,and it's good fans are returning, but what I don't get is how 8000 fans going into an 80,000 stadium is a real test , putting that many into the keepmout is a test. If it's just about testing the technology and how it works then great, but the stadium is that big it has to work.
I've been working as a steward at Notts County this season. As they only need minimum amounts they've shared the games out and I've worked on the midweek game and loved watching live football. I've been watching Donny on ifollow on Saturdays. Anyway to get to the point we've been told that we are all required for the game on the 22nd May as the fans will be back.
The ‘passport’ is not being applied to public transport though seemingly, so this infers that travelling supporters are being subject to an additional hurdle not applied to rest of society. Perhaps this is just during test period.

The detail around this is quite extraordinary, including certain groups being excluded form applying for tickets, through to testing before and after the game.It means, more than likely, that any fans from Manchester having to submit to testing before returning back to Manchester. But to answer your question more directly, it's not them being in the bowl that's causing the angst, its the travelling, celebrating and mixing like fans do. That's the real test, that and the checking of the safety requirements to see if they work too.I should add that this is being seen as a very large research programme and any fans who can get tickets will have to sign up to that.‘Certain groups being excluded from buying tickets’Couldn’t be any further from normal
Hardly a secret. Minute they changed the date of the final it was obvious
SM , so if fans have a negative test before they travel but then have a positive test before returning home , would they not be allowed to return and it looks like away games next year will be near impossible to attend and just getting 5000 supporters in the keepmout will be crazy as most football fans will not be able to socially distance once inside the ground
Can I sit in the empty away stand with other filthy non vaccinated people?

So after June 23rd or whatever it is and there being no laws around social distancing measures and treating it like flu. This will all be irrelevant.
