I don't get why he isn't starting Bostock. I know his performances haven't been what he is capable of but not a single player in that squad has performed to their best in the new year and he is our best midfielder imo so should be starting.

I wonder if he’s dropped Copps for calling his team mates out?

Difficult to see where a goal will come from!  Time for some one to shine.

5-2-3?

DFP reckon 4-5-1

I wonder if the DFP get their info from the BBC site. Interesting to see if Wright plays at RB and John at CB

I doubt that very much.

That was my first thought too.

Absolutely no chance.

And Liam doesn't get his formation from the BBC website EfD, he gets it from being at the stadium and talking to the relevant people before the game.

Shocking thought but I wonder if Copps is the agitator that SM mentioned who would be gone soon....

That beggars belief but it crossed my mind.

Well, PDX, I'm no more in the know than you are mate but that thought really must be the most bonkers thing I think I've ever read on here, and believe me there's plenty of competition.

Looking for a more confident display today, since AB pinpointed that as the problem after having spoken to the lads individually this week.

From Tom Biltcliffe’s Twitter feed

On Copps, seemed to be going through a fitness test when I got to the ground (1pm). Obviously failed that. Now has a milky coffee on the go

Liam Hoden.

I believe it's a knee injury for James Coppinger. Had a fitness test earlier this afternoon. Will get full confirmation after the game #drfc

I know. Like I said, it’s unthinkable, but it crossed my mind. That’s all. I was ashamed to even let that thought out.

But it seems he failed a fitness test.

RA, I said it was my first thought, not that it was likely.

I know it's a nit pick in the grand scheme of things but I really wish they'd put team sheets together in order of position so you can more easily visualise the team as you scan down they list. Putting it in number order means absolutely nothing imo.

Perhaps some subs have been getting too cosy in there.
