Bostock is one of the few ( with James )who has shown anything like ..Both of these will be in line to join Owls for sure I fear .

I doubt very much Bostock will be with us next season.

Either way I am here next year, either as a player or manager so I’ve got to get my head around that.

Andy butler in the free press interview. Didn’t realise he had another year with us.

I thought Jones was under contract for next season.
I seem to remember he signed a 2 year deal last summer.

We have now offered new deals to a group of players and they have until tomorrow to decide whether they will accept the deal or not.

Crazy
Why would they sign a contract when they’ve no idea who the manager is going to be.
Farce of a situation

How many do you envisage will re-sign?

If they do not decide by tomorrow then the discussion stops until after the season ends. Clearly the player is then potentially in the last few weeks as a contracted player, so might not want to wait until then.

You could also say that by signing they are securing a job for next season...... OK they might not be the next managers cup of tea, but perhaps some would rather that than be out of work and looking for a new club in troubled times....

It's hardly a farce though is it - plenty of clubs will be in the same situation..

There won’t be plenty of clubs that have left all their out of contract players until the last few weeks of the season before offering them a contract.

I’d imagine only a couple will resign tomorrow,

You'd be surprised, this is not a normal season at all.

And next season is shaping up to be difficult too, there just isn't the money sploshing around in EFL clubs.

I think this dealing will show the people who aren’t playing at there best because of the offer

when he signed again in January it was until the end of the season with an option for another year.

I doubt you'll be able to tell Dave, its not like the club will list all the one's who've signed and all those that haven't, signings will be announced over a period of time.

If he isn't he is going to cost some club to buy him.
