Is anyone having trouble purchasing tickets online?

I enter my card details then it says IP address is banned from purchases.

Tried ringing but no answer.

In the past, there was an issue with the stored credit card. The system did not recognise it, but it worked if you entered it as a new card. Thought that was sorted now. Just paid for an ifollow pass using stored card last week. Not sure if its the same purchasing channel though.

Went to the office this morning and paid by card so the problem appears to have been sorted

Took me four or five attempts to buy my Accrington tickets last night but it did work eventually.
