Only 6 subs as well with Jones the oldest at 22. Richie will looking after Smith, Seaman and Rowe. He said tall physical side so he’s picked our tallest and experienced players apart from Barlow. That’s all he can do

Strange team. Rather Horton play at left back. Just hope we get through the game without any injuries and those that are missing are just precautionary

So that's Taylor, Hiwula, Fejiri, Rowe, Smith, Seaman all missing tonight. Got to feel a bit sorry for Richie really given that.

I know Rowe is due to be injured for a while as usual but hopefully not out for ages just yet.

I would say Rowe is precautionary and the other 2 saving for Saturday nothing more

31. Off the boil
Rovers are still seeing more of the ball than the opposition in this game but the incisiveness of their play has certainly dropped off. Their passing into the final third has been poor over the last ten minutes or so.

Business as usual.

38. Hosts on top
It’s been Walsall that have had the better of things over the last five minutes or so. Rovers are struggling to get a hold on possession and the hosts are flooding forward quickly.

My lad is there. He says other than a deflected attempt from bogle there is nothing to report.

I am here.     Having some joy down the right and the right full back is good.

Playing out each time from Tom.   Goes sideways back, sideways hoof.   Need to vary that.

Front five need to up their game and work harder with and without the ball.

Strange nobody put this in.

16  Positive Start

It has been decent from Rovers in the early stages of this game. Richie Wellens wanted his side to show more control that they did on Saturday and it has been so far, so good on that front.

There’s a patience about their play, they don’t look as nervy as they did at the weekend and they look a lot more confident in possession.

Walsall are not pressing with the intensity that Wimbledon did, which is helping. But so too is the base provided by Ben Close and, in particular, John Bostock. He is generally available for a pass back if the pressure rises and is getting Rovers on the front foot again quickly with some incisive passing

Walsall just had their best chance.    Funnily enough it was from one of our best positions.   They broke...God knows how they failed with a one on one

65' What a save!

Branden Horton so close to a goal with his first kick since coming on. He met a cross to the back post but it's well saved by Rushworth.

65. Best chance so far
It was a good counter attack from Rovers and one that really should have been finished off.

They won the ball back in their own half and surged forward, with Aidan Barlow carrying the ball to the corner of the box. The former Manchester United youngster squared, looking for Omar Bogle but it ran all the way through to Branden Horton who fired on goal but saw Carl Rushworth save. He really should have scored.
