Nit picking BST's post by effectively making excuses for the worst perpetrators of atrocities of the last century.Well done.Yep, I read it again TT.I’m still only quoting bst and saying I didn’t realise that the people he mentioned had done the things he said as a first action.I don’t expect you to go against bst by the way but you must realise what he had suggested isnt right.Selby did mention the Nazis first, I agree, but bst posted after that. For the record, I abhor what they did in WW2 and before and certainly am not making excuses for that.A history lesson then Hound. The Nazis came to power in early 1933.Guess when Dachau was opened....March 1933.The Bolsheviks shot the Romanovs a few months after coming to power, so if you're nit picking then you're about right on that one.

If the Sheffield council wants to be out of touch with the public it is entirely up to them.
It’s nothing new. I’m old enough to remember when various Councils (mainly Tory Councils) and Universities around the UK banned the Sex Pistols from performing.

In that case i find footballers taking the knee offensive so can we have any who do banned from all league grounds?

Yes, of course, people can change their minds and vote differently next time around, that's how it works. People who want a vote cancelled because the result didn't go their way is quite a different scenario, though, and that's NOT how it works!

Dress it up how you want the remainers wanted another go at turning over the decision i voted for because they didn't like the outcome.

I agree with that hound but the absolute waste of time posturing and in fighting rather than trying to negotiate the best deal for the country is unforgivable.
