On 12 December, Johnson announced the target was to do 19 million boosters by New Year's Eve.

We've done fewer than 12 million to date. At current rates it will take until the end of Feb to hit the 19 million target.

Targets are merely goals to aim at. Set them higher and you might get more goals.

matters. The Govt chose a policy of going balls out for boosters, rather than consider stronger restrictive measures.


We've missed the booster target by a long way and not changed policy on restrictions. And the fact is there's 7 million people effectively unprotected as we reach the height of this wave.

Blatant NHS misinformation in their adverts on talk radio.

The advert clearly states that every adult now needs a Covid 19 booster which is b*llocks.

Most adults don't need it.

Now if they had said every adult is advised to have a Covid 19 booster then that wouldn't be clear and obvious coercion and misinformation like the current advert is.

Good old NHS. 5.9 billion pounds later to clear the backlog and now even more people waiting than before. You've got to hand it to them for sheer wastage and incompetence.

Still. So long as over half the UK population are getting a vaccine they don't need eh?
