It should include a choice of leader, where the support will come from, a manifesto, who will pay for it and of course to make any sense it would have to be designed to occur within the lifetime of the author.

Well I must say the response has been underwhelming to say the least, I would of thought there was a couple at least with an 'oven ready plan' or even part of a plan, but there you go, can't say you weren't asked.
