Got mine yesterday. Always sent on a Monday to me.

Always get mine on a Monday morning.
Make sure that you have approved receiving emails from the club.
If you haven't they can't contact you as this changed a while ago. You had to tick the type of communication received, Rovers, Club Doncaster, Commercial, Dons, Belles etc. and also the format or formats, eg. text, email, letter, phone or any or all options.
The club are only allowed to contact you via your selected options.
All charities are now supposed to work the same way.

I’d email them and ask the question as to what has changed.

I won a signed football ages ago but what with lock-down, not living in Donny and only visiting on match days, I've never been able to collect it.

Yesterday I happened to be in the area on business so I called into the office at the Eco-Power Stadium ( ) to collect my Copps signed print from the Copps Challenge initiative.

I happened to mention my unclaimed lottery prize but explained that I couldn't even remember when I won it.
"No problem, let me have a look on the records" replied the very helpful Louise.
To my amazement (and embarrassment) she found the record of my win - from November 2020!
So I departed the office not only with my Copps print but also with my signed football!

Massive thanks and credit to Louise in the office.

Definitely ‘can do’ people in my experience. There is always a solution to be found with our staff. Credit to the club. Bet they don’t half have to deal with some d**kheads though.
