Graham Younger

Can somebody tell me how he’s still in a job? Talent identification is clearly not his strong point. The rabble we are stuck with as well.

He should resign if he’s got any dignity

How do you know? What has Younger been doing? Has he been making suggestions that have been ignored?

He was part of the recruitment team who signed most of the players. Let’s see who we bring in, in January when Graham and Copps have been involved

There was talk just before Wellens was sacked of more power going to Younger for the recruitment and less from the manager... So I do wonder if Wellens led on most of the recruits.

Easy to say that when Richie was not there to answer. Anyway with substantial funding this transfer window we will see who we get.

Doesn't take long after an expected defeat for somebody to have a go at summat they could have brought up weeks ago!

Ok .. what does a fifth more got to get us . Central defender , a full back  , holding midfielder, a striker (s) .
If a fifth more needs to gets us all that , it beggars the question where has all the money gone , when all we can show us 2nd bottom with the lowest scores in the Efl!!

I hadn’t just watched a bunch of 18 year olds get battered then though, had I? The thought also dawned on me when watching dodoo today that we signed him on a 2 year contract. Younger is the manager of recruitment. I think it’s only right he is challenged. That ok cherub?

We have the 14th highest budget, so we're underachieving. The money has gone on shite.

He’s the manager of the recruitment team. Are you telling me he’s had zero input then into these signings?

Dodoo is the worst striker we've had since being in the football league.

Tomi Ameobi and that big lad Bamogo from the Experiment. Not the winger with similar name but the older striker guy.

Bamogo was better than dodoo.  Not often players really frustrate me, but dodoo does, it's his lack of press, ability, pace and strength I find frustrating.

One of the worst players we have owned since we came back into the football league.

Awful first touch, no positional sense, no passion, no technical skill.

We should try our best to offload him and Doodoo as soon as possible.

That’s a very strong wildcard but I will counter with Curtis Main.

Bogle offered most up front today.

Again. Bogle is far from perfect, but does anyone now think that the decision to sideline him for 3 months and sign Dodoo on a two year contract was a sensible one?

There was one moment early in the second half when dodoo was played in down our right hand side, he was several yards closer to the ball than the left back, but still somehow didn’t get to the ball and ended up toe poking it behind.

He is truly woeful

The worst two players RW signed are two of the older players who should be leading by example. Hiwiyla and Dodoo.
To be honest on that today they would not get in any National league North team.
They have scored 1 league goal each in 22 games. Absolutely dire.
Cannot control a football let alone have a shot at goal. So not much chance of scoring any.

Best player by a mile was Kyle Knoyle today. He gave it everything. Olowou not far behind. Jones did ok not at fault for any goals and Tommy Rowe tried his best but simply had nothing to work with. Brandon Horton and Matt Smith tried but were out classed.
Ravenhill totally out of his depth and Hasani and Blythe are not ready for the rigours of League 1 football yet. So our midfield was woefully short.

We started today with only 3 players over the age of 22
Seriously what hope did we have with competing with that Sunderland team.

Without Anderson, John, Bostock, Galbraith, Close, Taylor and Ferji  we simply are not competitive as a group of players in this league.
With all those players fit and playing regularly then we are a team who should finish around 12th to 16th.
Without all 6 we are a bottom 4 team as is being shown. In fact bottom 2 if not bottom.

4 quality reinforcements required right now or we are going down with a whimper even if Guardiola is our new manager.
4 is the bare minimum. Think we need 6.

Centre back, left back 2 midfielders, 2 strikers, one who can play wide.
Ideally a goalkeeping coach who is still young enough to play and put Jones under pressure for his position.

Whoever is going to get the managers job he has got one hell of a job and without the new additions he has not got a prayer.

This team is barely top half National league standard at present.
Good luck whoever gets the job. Your going to need more than luck.
