I'm kinda wondering what Cukur might have got?

Those are the kind of scores we want to see. Amazing showing from the lads today.

I'm pleased and surprised to hear that Seaman did well today. I'm still not convinced but maybe the lad needs more time after being out for such a long time. Sounds like he didn't get over run or outmuscled today.

he defended very well, didn’t really get much chance to go forward but when he did he was much better than Tuesday night. Think he tries too hard at times but he’s definitely one who will improve in years to come, it’s his first full season so still learning.

Just thought. How good Martin was again. I reckon he'd have been on the bench if Galbraith was fit and Rowe playing where Martin did today. Mcsheffery needs to ensure he starts every game.

Martin is the key that unlocks defences and something we haven't had all season. Which is why i found his omission against Rotherham bewildering. Not only that but he wasn't brought on as sub either. That's water under the bridge now though but yes, i agree, Martin must start every game if fit or we lose most of our creativity.

no I think McSheffrey knew the biggest mistake on Tuesday was not playing Martin, if Galbraith had come in, think it would have been for seaman and Smith wide but we will never know. About time we had options.

This is the frustration about dropping down to League Two. If we are in League One next season, there is a chance that players like Martin could be ambitious but not absurd acquisitions. If MK Dons can sign a top quality and international player like the Real Matt Smith, then it shows what can be done. In League Two, we are totally out of the game.

can’t see us being able to get Martin next season either way, would’ve thought Norwich would want to keep him and have him in the squad if they go down. Smith would be a quality signing and possible if we stay up, out of the 5 he would br the one I’d want permanently, Martin just behind him but that won’t be possible.

How'd we line up? was it a back 3 or a back 4 with Younger playing right back? Assumed it as a 3 looking at the team sheet but the highlights are inconclusive

Younger was at right back with Seaman doubling up out of possession. Later on, we went to 5 at the back but with Knoyle in the central three and Younger staying at right back.

I'll say as well that when we had the ball it could become a 3-5-2, as Jackson pushed forward on the left flank and Seaman provided the balance on the other side.

I’m not so sure players such as Smith and Martin would be out of reach should we be in L2 next season. Never say never.

Personally i think Smith would be attainable if he wanted it. He's probably not getting the the type of stats to attract a lot of attention from the better clubs in the division but that doesn't mean he doesn't contribute and couldn't continue to improve loads.

Martin looks class if there's a chance we need to do whatever we can. Think he'll have better offers or stay at Norwich personally

I think the experience that players themselves are having is a factor too. Clearly the lads are enjoying their football again. I’m sure they can feel the change in mood, the vision, the whole vibe. And even if we do go down, they might relish the opportunity to be part of something positive. Just putting that out there.
