Marquis has scored in every one of the three games he has played for them. Think they lost two of them mind.

He won’t celebrate if he does and his 1 won’t matter to Reo’s 3 anyway.

To the tune of Kum Ba Yah

Josh Martin my Lord, Josh Martin!
Josh Martin, my Lord, Josh Martin
Josh Martin, my Lord, Josh Martin!

Ohhhhhh Lord Josh Martin!

Feel like Stock, Aitken and feckin Waterman at the moment.

The last sentence isn't part of the song btw.

Reo Griffiths is a Rovers goal machine, rovers goal machine, rovers goal machine.

Another song, a bit basic but to the tune of Yellow Submarine.

His name is Reo and he scored past Sunderland
He came to Doncaster, from a foreign land
And when he scores, he really shows you all he can
Oh Reo, Reo scores, all across the land

I think the Carpets are in front atm.

Still smiling thinking about Yellow Submarine being belted out  :)

But how about Johnny Cash - Ring Of Fire?

Replace the trumpet bit with a quick and loud "da dada dada dar dar daaah"
Then a simple..
"Rio's on Fire"
"Rio's on Fire"

Think most folk could handle that.

If anyone says Johnny Who? hang your head in shame  ;)

The carpets one (excellent band btw) is good yes but needs something to rhyme with small or it doesn't work IMO.

Funny you say that…. I also caught a glimpse, and I’m almost 99% certain he had a pen in hand ;)

His name is Reo and we signed him from lyon,
His name is Reo and he scores goals just for fun,
And when he’s through on goal he shows us all he can,
He puts it past the keeper like we know he can

Woah oh Ollie Younger,
He’s a defender,
He is a red,
Strikers come to knock but then he knocks them off the block,
He only joined the club so he could play with John Bostock

He’s Nigerian,
We only signed him this season,
We think he’s f***ing brilliant,
Jo Olowu

Our Centre mid,
He’s red and white,
He’s northern Irish and he’s playing on our side,
He wins the ball,
and he will score,
He’s Ethan Galbraith he’s the one that we adore

Oh Kieran Agard oh he is so wonderful,
He scores a goal, oh it’s beautiful magical,
When he runs in behind he’s as fast as lighting,
It’s frightening,
And he makes all the reds sing,
Dududududududududududu etc.
(Scott sinclair Celtic chant)

He’s our centre half,
He’s our number 4,
Watch him defend and we watch him score,
He’ll pass the ball, from left to right,
Tom Anderson,
He’s f***ing dynamite

Ole ole ole ole Matty smith smith smith, Matty smith smith smith.

Benny Benny close, Benny Close, Benny Benny Close,
Nananananananana etc.
