Russia will surely be kicked out of the competition before that stage. But then again I've no confidence in FIFA to do the right thing.

Lack of leadership from FIFA on this shows what we already know about that organisation.

The FA's of world football should really consider leaving and starting afresh from that corrupt mess. FIFA is nothing without the national teams

Formula 1 has shown the way by canceling the Russian grand prix, although they still go to Saudi Arabia which doesn’t sit well with me.

I agree PDX. the world needs to stand up against these governments that thinks it’s right in what they are doing. Putin should have had sanctions many years ago. However our government should hold there heads in shame with all the corrupt money going through our country

Shouldn't we be starting by getting rid of Ree Smogg with all his russian money?
