So, did we ever get to the bottom of whether the note he left as outgoing Chief Secretary to the Treasury was a joke or the total efforts of the outgoing Labour parties policies?

Well done Labour showing tthe way Sexist, Mysogonistic, Racist comments, Bullying etc could also include lying, or as The House prefers it misleading, suspension should apply to all MP's of all parties if found guilty maybe go as far as withdrawing The Whip ( unless of course it was only being applied when watched on a phone)
Crikey the Govt front bench would look a bit empty if that was applied, yet Ben Wallace says things are getting better!

There was a long tradition of outgoing Chief Secretaries to the Treasury leaving self-deprecatory notes to their successors.

They were always private jokes.

Until that streak of ginger piss, Danny Alexander decided to go public with Byrnes's note.

Coincidentally, at exactly the same time, that streak of pointless piss, his boss, Nick Clegg was flipping his policy 180 degrees from being against Austerity, to 100% supporting Austerity.

I'm sure the two events weren't connected.
