Looks very much like a partial nationalisation of energy sector, which will enrage Starmer and Reeves!
The carbon capture element is a complete non-runner, which anyone with experience in the sector knows full well.

All might be put on hold if Bozo gets caned in the local elections, and has to step down pronto.
