We're not really trying to play through the thirds and too many long balls so far.

Some of players pulling out of challenges a bit. I can understand it but you won’t win games doing that. Pitch looks good but isn’t, dry as a bone not been watered.

Yes, the pitch is bubbly but our ball control is poor.

Really poor performance, improved slightly when youth lads came on. Kuleya was the best of ours. Griffiths on the scoresheet from a penalty. The youth team players really wanted it when they came on. Terrible bobbly pitch, players lacking in technique at times. Managed to win again.

Nobody stood out to me in the Wakefield side that would be worth taking on trial. They were a competent unit, only weakened when the subs came on.
