This lad is a decent player and will improve, can’t believe that people are on his back - that’s the way to improve him…not

Andrews shouldn’t have massive pressure on him, he’s come to learn his trade with us. He has a lot of potential and just like most people needs encouragement not stick. We wouldn’t give our young players it, we would be more tolerant of him learning the game. He’s playing against men rather than other young guys. Let’s try and help him be a success not another Cukur.

Just imagine if our senior players and coaches gave the young lads as much stick and lack of encouragement as our supporters?
They will be encouraging and nurturing them to make them feel part of the squad and valuable members of the side.
They are learning and will improve and the better the atmosphere the quicker this will happen.

Until some  fringe players go then the players we can bring in are development loans. As the word says young players that are developing like are own players. Do we really need more young players to develop with little or no league experience and supporters to have a go at them.
Therefore any player we bring in must be good enough to be a starter.

The theory is that they're a better quality young developing player, so are more likely to be ready for League footy than our own are.
Josh Martin wasn't too shabby, was he?

Got his head to a few flick ons the other night, the problem is if no one runs onto them it makes him look crap, where are the runners?

Nowhere in that article does it state that

In fact it clearly says anybody he brings in he wants them to effect the starting 11

He could have been a hero tonight had he curled his last minute shot into the far  corner instead of going for the near post.. these are fine margins, but it is these moments that will ultimately determine his future as a footballer.

Having watched the highlights I reckon Andrews snatched at that last minute chance.
He had a split second more than he thought and with a bit more composure could have tried the far post curler but with time and a bit more experience he might improve his finishing.
