Fergie's favourite ref.  I see two people have given him a zero already which I think is both premature and harsh.  You never know,  he might not turn up

... one of the most accurate descriptions / analysis of Haines copied here :

His inconsistency was the thing that got me the most. One minute their No. 16 brings down Wilks to stop him- no card. Next minute Whiteman does something similar - yellow. How their 9, whose entire game consisted of throwing his elbows into opposing defenders avoided a card is a mystery. Their No. 32 was also lucky not to walk for chopping down Marquis after he'd been booked.

One of the substantive points made by Fergie in his rant about this galah last season was that he isn't fit enough. He jogs everywhere at a gentle pace. He had many free kicks retaken because he knew he'd never get up with play.

Useless. I gave him one because I'm sure we'll have him again and I'll have a chance to get the big fat zero out.

Nil

Penalty (will say it looked like it)
Gave us 2 fouls all game
Booked Luke M but then failed to book their bloke for clattering Clayton NOR the cynical hand ball

Talking of balls can he get out of the way for a change. Nearly hit twice in a minute

His technique for marking 10 yards is abysmal
He's abysmal
We're abysmal

Nil all day long
