Croatia keeper in the Penalty shoot out

A big step forward off his line and a dive every time.  What do linesmen actually do?

It's allowed, they just have to have one foot on (or behind) the line when the ball is kicked. You think they'd get away with it with VAR? Poland got a retake on a penalty that meant nothing yesterday because Lloris came off his line.

I think the rule re keeper keeping one foot on or behind the line is a fair one.

I used to think the taker staggering or pausing their run was unfair but then, if the keeper moves before the ball is kicked then it's his own fault.

Yeah aslong as keeper as a foot on the line when the is kicked and same with kicker as long as he doesn’t stop when he goes to kick the ball and faints to kick it,stuttering in his run up is fine
