Didn’t Moore sign lots of players from the same agency? A lot of them were terrible from memory Not sure how much impact that will have on a loan signing anyway. T&Cs are between the clubs the player just gets paid as per his existing contract so no need for agent involvement.
All managers sign players they know. Most of O'Driscolls' early signings had a connection with Bournemouth.
Did they not sit down together once Knoyle expressed his desire to leave and have a plan in place for if a bid came in, in this window? And why on earth would you move him on at the back end of the week when you have no time to replace him and having planned all week for him to be involved at Crawley.Would you not request to Stockport that a deal will be done on the Monday so we have him for the game we planned for?
I think I am right in remembering a post or two on here saying that we don’t deal with agents who would want to charge the club a fee for their services. If that is true then maybe RPM are one of our preferred agencies to deal with IF they don’t charge fees to clubs who sign their players. You would think it would limit who we could sign somewhat.

Is this a loan with a view to buy
Refuel Performance Management are the agents for Todd Miller. Who has played just twice for Brighton u23 this season. A young un proven winger. They are also the agents for Danny Schofield. Is this a masterclass loan signing?Or just sheer nepotism? We shall see.
The only interest I have in Todd is how well he plays for us, which I hope is very well, the rest has nothing to do with anyone else but the lad himself and the clubs involved.

If he is a find, then it’s happy days. But when was the last real loan “find” rovers made in recent years. The odds are not good. If, as I suspect, this is a player who is merely “convenient”, as they share the same agent, and no fee due to being a loan, then it’s not so happy days. And quite undermines DS’s ability and reputation to identify and attract talent. DM did similar and we know how that ended up. Got me thinking. Do rovers have talent Scouts at the moment. Is anyone actually out there looking at players?
