Or it could be Selby
the chap is called Brian Faulkner and has his picture with Bobby signing his contract.

Isn't Selby called Brian? ;)

Nelson was by far the best of the back three, which is admittedly not saying much.
But the kid looks a good player.
Let's give him a chance.
It wasn't just the defence's fault today.
The defending in front of them was very poor as well.
DS seems to be obsessed about developing a style of play when it's really the basics that need attention...at both ends of the field.
Trying to cut out the crazy mistakes and sloppy play would be a start.

Strange how we see things differently, I can remember 1 suicide pass to RSW in the 1st half but though he looked very comfortable with the ball at his feet and won his fair share of headers

Agreed, I certainly can't remember him giving the ball away a dozen times, looked decent on the ball most of the time.
That defensive unit though, wow. Big Tom as bad as any of em. Mansfield were poor today, bet they can't believe how easy it was to get that result.

Second half, Nelson was very good.
Brown and Lavery also made a difference.
Lavery movement was great, but nobody was looking at his runs,

The lad has been involved in 2 games this season featuring Rovers and on both occasions the defence in which he has been part of have conceded 4 , is he the problem or the cure.
I suppose time will tell, but not looking good at the moment.
