Sustainability is fine

But right at this minute, the team on the field needs a jump start. We need a couple of signings of real quality. Players that other clubs covet but ultimately players that will come in and take charge of matters on the pitch. We need an experienced captain like signing at centre half.

Anderson has had a decent performance here and there but he has got nowhere near his previous performances before injuries. But he isn’t alone defensively as a team we don’t work hard enough. The organisation isn’t there. The spine of the team is as weak as a kitten.

The players aren’t performing to their capabilities. Everybody has their part to play if you want to blame. Even ourselves the supporters can do better.
We badly need as I said before a couple of real top quality signings to come in that gives the whole club a boost.

Because it might not happen this season but make no mistake, we are meandering back to non league in the long term.
Yes sustainability but not at the cost of what’s on the pitch. Look at getting some real quality and experienced signings at centre half, central midfield and if possible an experienced goalscorer. Give the manager, players and supporters a boost. Go and get some real talent in the door!.

The board has that type of money, we the club don’t. If they want the team to do well on the field top quality is needed. I understand not spending what you haven’t got. To add to the other loans real experience and know how is needed.
