Everything about yesterday was just flat!

They keep saying they need the fans to get behind them, it’s a two way street, we have to see things that gets us off our seats, that first half yet again set the tone, we are losing the will to live in the Eco, everything is stale, the fanbase is split, the atmosphere is toxic, and no one at the club seems to care, no one on the pitch seems to care either, we seem to be just going through the motions. We have a coach that has probably done his badges, text book coaching! It all sounds great in a book, but real life is different, I don’t think he has the ability or know how to deal with real life footballing situations!

Bang on Filo.
I didn't bother again yesterday. Yes, I've got my season ticket but I had a gig to go to which started at half 7. I usually get home at 7 and cba with rushing around to get there on time.
The fans have been split for ages, but to be honest I really think the majority are totally fed up with the absolute shite we're being served up, rather than the minority.
You'll still get some on here that will say 'yes, but look at whatever club and see what happened to them' or 'at least we've still got a club' etc etc.
The biggest decision I have to make in the next two days is do I want the return trip from Scarborough to Donny on Tuesday for a night match, when it's probably going to be icy/foggy on the way home

Think we as supporters are going through the motions now too, there is just no enjoyment at all at the games. I don’t know what DS says to the players before games but it's an absolute joke how we start games. We look like we're playing a friendly half the time with absolutely no drive or purpose to our play.

There is zero leadership on the pitch, they don't seem to communicate with each other, & as for the ploy of Anderson constantly bringing the ball out & playing into the strikers, which invariably landed at the defenders feet, is Sunday league stuff, is this seriously what we work on all week in training? I'm at a total loss where we go from here. It's just a total s-hit show from the experience in the stadium to the actual game on the pitch. I bet there aren't many teams in the past that were getting gates of 7000ish that languished at15th in the table league 2. That's how bad we have become, & it's totally unacceptable.

The pivotal line here is regarding Tom and leadership.
I wonder how many have read his programme notes?
If he is still struggling, then that explains a lot.
Not good for him. Or the team.
He looked and sounded like a broken man at the post match presentation yesterday. That’s obv not good for him, or the team
