He has never climbed off the bottom. He has always been a totally inept referee. I don't know how he passes the fitness test as he cannot run either.

He is  the ref that Fergie absolutely slated and said was not fit enough.
I think it was Haines.
Yes this ref has always been shocking,  He never fails to disappoint.

Trouble with him is :

He tries to let the Game flow and isn't smart enough

He and other Refs are playing Doctors on the Pitch , deciding if a Player needs the Trainer on

He's an immobile sack of s**t in a sea of young kids

He's proved many times he is not fit to Referee. Tranmere we're singing " you're not fit to Referee" to him which I thought was ironic as they still had 11 men on the pitch

However the biggest problem is , there would have been a Referees Assessor's Report (which they should routinely publish) done for last night and the Assessor will give Haines an 8 and keep his average around that mark. Those who appoint , promote and relegate Refs will think " nothing to see here and move on "

He once had 35 votes on Rate the Ref and got 32 x 0 points , 2 x 1 and 1 x 2

4 points from 35 votes or 0.11 per vote. I agree both the Assessor's vote and VSC votes are biased but I know which is the most accurate

On Rate the Ref he is currently on 1 Point from 15 votes or 0.066 recurring

That's about what he deserved every game.
