Screwed again for me, I’m 60 on 6th August, I’ve asked the question a few times at the ticket office, stating the season usually starts just before or just after my birthday, would I be eligible for the seniors price, the answer was I don’t see why not, now they have put the cut off at 1st August!!!

You don't get the early discounts but you can still get a reduced price I would have thought.

What happens if the first home league game is after your 60th birthday, say the 9th or 10th ?
Had that problem a few years back, have always contacted TO since to renew
I renewed mine but was told to submit a head and shoulders photo or call into the ground for a photo as they will be needed for the season tickets next season.
When I asked about the photo id the lady told me it was to stop people buying children’s discounted tickets when they are teenagers or adults
I think you should have the option to download your season ticket onto your phone as well and just scan it instead of a plastic card
