2.5 year deal for someone who has regular injury problems. I like the guy but it wasn’t smart to extend that long. Why not do  a year at a time!?

It’s got to be attractive for the player. Tbh I’m still unsure if he was worth a contract

Everyone's concern when we gave this contract. Hope it doesn't be another waste of money like Taylor.

Nelson was better in the centre of the three today. Anderson wasn’t missed at all.

I said this when it was announced, very surprising. He is a solid pro but he is getting worse, not better and we are playing at a lower level than when he was performing better. He’s a great lad but another two seasons, can anyone see Tom returning to his form of 2-3 seasons ago? Remember, this is a poor, poor level.

Yet I'm sure we've kept more clean sheets when Anderson has played.

Wimbledon were the worst attack we have played against for a long time, and still could have got away with a draw in a game our defence should have had it very easy.

Let’s keep his performance (as with the rest of the team) in perspective, we were playing against a very, VERY, poor side.

I don’t want to this post to be seen as a negative. Just keep it ‘real’.

Missing again today a bit like the rest of the season. Plays a few misses a few. Could be another costly contract offer when we financially struggling as it is and will be more so next season with reduced ST sales

Worth the risk. Centre half's of his stature aren't that easy to find and likely be more costly.

Well there’s nothing like signing a new contract to remind you of your injury . That’ll be the last we see of him for the duration !!
