Cheers BR Reply from 2 above

I don't think the Electorate would give Tories led by Johnson anywhere near 43% and put " a large % of the 43% would still vote for him " instead

I hope he has finally been exposed,  but I still didn't want to speculate on figures I could never prove.

NN last night after Johnson's committee performance.

I wonder if anyone in here thinks he was being honest over those matters of Objective Truth?

The key moment for me was when the rather plodding SNP MP asked him about the No10 Press Office party in December 2020. The one that invites were sent out for 3 weeks earlier. The one that got so raucous, someone set off the fire alarm and No10 security turned up to give them a bollocking. The one the Met issued a dozen fines over.

Johnson insisted he'd not been present and had no inkling a party was going on

The SNP MP then said that the committee had copies of Johnson's official diary for that day. He'd been working in the No 10 office. There was a blank in the diary from 19:15 to 20:25. Then he was recorded as going to his flat at 21:57. The MP also said that the committee had been to No10 to see the layout. He said that to go from the office to his flat, Johnson had to walk down a corridor looking straight at the Press Office where the party was going on. Did Johnson still want to claim that he had no idea there was a piss up going on?

Joh son pulled that angry, guilty schoolboy look that comes over him when he's been cornered and blathered something about having no direct knowledge of a party going on under his own roof.

I defy anyone to watch that and claim he's not lying through his teeth.

It can't have been a party because he didn't think it was a  party and no body told him it was a party and if it was a party he wasn't at the party but somebody else may have been at the party if it was a party but because he didn't think it was a party it can't have been a party

And as Harriet Harman stated " if I'm doing 100 in my Car , the Speedo clearly shows that and I don't need anyone else to tell me what speed I'm doing"

Let's face it he's a pathological proven liar and he ain't going to stop now.

He even lied while taking the Oath saying he promised to tell the truth at all times

Apologies Donnywolf. Misread your initial post. Not sure I agree with "large" but agree plenty would. Don't think it will ever be put to the test though - fingers crossed.

True .... I hope it doesn't get "tested" and I feel "the Herd" has now left him , and put faith in Sunak as their best chance , so Mr Johnson is probably politically yesterday's man

Hé’ll still end up in the House of Lords, sneaking up behind ‘old chums’ in there & shouting ‘Bully, bully, bully!’.

It'll take a brave PM who'll want to leave their fingerprints on giving him a peerage. Or Truss.

''Despite early reports that the former PM was seeking to get his father, Stanley, a knighthood, Byline Times can now reveal that he wants to make him the Duke of Schomberg instead. The dukedom became extinct in 1713 with the death, by consumption, of Charles Schomberg but the Johnsons are distantly related via his great-great-aunt Ima Gonad''
