There was no turning back after the Hartlepool game.
Schofield has lost the majority of fans.
He will not get them back on side and so can we just get on with getting rid, otherwise it just gets messy for all concerned.
Longer it goes on the more likely fans will want Copps out as well.

If I owned the club I wouldn’t be able to  stomach it that we keep him. The potential to then get off to a bad start next season and it’s another wasted year would be too much.

Part of the sustainability thing is it doesn’t incentivise winning really. If, say, TB was plugging the gaps still he’d say ffs we need to get back to L1 I’m putting in 2m a year in L2 instead of 1m a year in L1. Now it doesn’t matter to anyone but the fans if we’re successful or not.

I know that’s probably harsh on the owners they clearly care or wouldn’t have been where they are but you get my point.

I'm sure it wasn't expected by the board that the policies they've adopted and decisions they've made would lead to where we are now but it is entirely their own misjudgement that has put us here.

GB has had his 1/3rd share of the club given to him with out having to put any money in. No doubt eventually he will move to a bigger club as their CEO.
DB in the same position as GB except he will stick in there as long as TB is around. Until the time when TB is no longer here at which point he will probably fade away into retirement.
TB. It seems he doesn't want to put any more money in and DRFC is well down his list of interests so you have to ask the question. Why is he still here?

You would say Dennis what possible motivation is there still being involved. Reckon TB's far more interested in Birmingham University organ recitals and with whats been on display in the last 2 years why would'nt he be? Perfomances a lot warmer indoors, you probably get much better grub in the intermission and at least you'd be seeing people pulling out the stops for you...

I think the lot of them around him are brown nosers, he won’t hear the truth of how poorly the club is being run. Self sustainable, my a*#e!
All we are sustaining season after season is failure and nobody running it seems to care.

Sammy are you telling me that a man who can build a business up from nothing to be worth £650 million or so doesn't keep his finger on the pulse is credible?
Remember that it is his money going south.

After that copps interview, nothing is going to change.

The only thing changing is that is it then No more games for me.

It is going to take nobody turning up to do it  I have a season ticket, I'm now just sending the message by not turning up and not renewing until the club do something.
This is now getting more crazy than the Richardson era.

You are right, but what else can we do, it is so frustrating.

I've lost faith entirely, all other things in life I'm so positive, but Rovers have ground the hell out of me.

Non league again here we come  how disappointing.

To be honest mpc I’ve never experienced a season where there has been so many poor if not diabolical games. Every match looks as though they’ve never played together. 1964 was my first game and this season has been by far the worst at least we had please abusing Richardson.

You're right Goole Rover. 78 was my first game, so you have enjoyed the love for longer.

We have to keep hopeing that this board see, but I honestly don't think they will.

It will be all too late, he should have gone before now. He has totally lost the fans and it is the recruitment that is the problem.

Everyone is giving in. Every game you hope but it us just a shambles.

Watching the last game was like we were training and practising our defensive shape all the way through.

Against the 3rd from bottom in league 2, boring boring and boring.

What a way to draw the life out of every fan.

We don't need to win all the games just having a go at winning a game might be ok to start.

It's like we are playing a premiership team every week.

Remember that it is his money going south.

I’m not doubting his business acumen, idler. I suspect he leaves the running of the club to these yes men. I’m grateful for the work done at the club by him. I just don’t see the point of running a football club just merely rubbing along. You must have and show ambition.
