Ben Close, a fabled workhorse and hardrunner, now the only senior central midfielder available for the rest of the season.

Just as well we are not going for promotion.
I knew DS had a cunning plan.

There is method in his madness after all. Had us all fooled didn’t he.

Both having surgery.

I think it’s DS who needs surgery.

Unless we have some academy player that can play in there, Rowe will have to play in there play 442 with Oluwu and Bobby playing CB, but we know that won’t happen

TR is probably going to have to play there at some point. Even if Ravenhill can start some games, he's not played much football so might not be robust enough to be playing every game. Perhaps DS will have to swallow his pride and give Adam Long and/or Faulkner a chance in order to free up TR to play in midfield.

If he persist in playing three at the back then I would play 352
                   Mitchell (if fit)
Olowu Anderson and Faulkner(Nelson)
Brown or Seaman  Close Ravenhill Rowe Hurst
         Molyneux Lavery

He didn't look great when he went off at Crawley either

I love Tommy but sadly he is a shadow of his old self, misplaced passes galore, no pace left, etc, etc expecting him to pull us out of this isn't gonna happen.

Great news, just what we need.
Season is dead. May as well play Goodman now. How silly of me he will play him up front on his own so chasing shadows for 90 mins. Will destroy him before his career has even got off the ground.

He is doing it to Kyle Hurst. He looked thoroughly peed off on Tues night.  The lad looked distraught.
Destroying a real talent.  Luke Molyneux looks lost also he doesn’t know whether he is supposed to stick or twist at times. Defend or attack.
Maxwell should be please not to be playing as damage can’t be done hopefully on the sidelines.
Miller now likewise, he must think what have I done to deserve to play in a system that’s killing me.
It’s like flogging a dead horse. Going to do it to Lavery now.

Crikey this bad. How much worse can it get.
Strange how players get injured when they are not winning football matches and when they don’t want to play for the manger anymore.
Not saying these are not genuine injuries but you know what I mean. The confidence and belief from this group has now been shattered.

Congratulations DS now please do the right thing and resign. You will be gone by November unless Copps wakes up to the fact that ( 6,000 Rovers fans can see ) he has made a massive error of judgement in appointing DS head coach and sacks you now or after the last match.
Hopefully now.

New manager hunt must start immediately so we can hit the ground running with player recruitment.

With the exception of one game I think Molyneux has looked lost all season.

The worry is, is that he’s got a ready made excuse to trot out for the season finishing shit. We know better, however, but it won’t stop him spouting his shite.

This will be used as an excuse by Danny now and justification by some for why he should stay.

How long until Ravenhill gets suspended, if he's playing regularly?

Get him sacked and let’s get on with turning the team around. No Chad Gribble, Paul Green or whoever already around the club. It needs an outsider and give him full control.

Not going to help DS get any kind of performance out of us so he does have a bit of a excuse for the last few games now.

I think it’s all the more reason for him to go back to basics

Northampton have 11 players out injured. But Schofield and the Rovers media/propaganda team will still use our injuries as an excuse.

This doesn’t make that much difference.

Miller has been poor (recently) - let’s see what Lavery can do.

Biggins is OK but hasn’t been fantastic. Get Tommy in there.

Whoever wears the shirt let’s have a bloody go at the opposition. That’s all we ask.

I’m not happy with DS but we have 11 players to pick from at the moment and even some of them aren’t what we’d class as anything like 1st team players.

I have already read one post which has suggested that injuries will prevent DS from giving us good performances over the last few games.
We already know what he has to offer.

He would have scored more if the chances were being made. A free transfer scoring eleven goals is hardly failure in a team that’s been performing like ours. He will be a big miss.
