Scunny coach .....
« on March 28, 2023, 05:34:22 pm by Donnywolf »
For fans that is ..... just left for York in what they describe as an ABSOLUTELY must win game on their Forum

Otherwise they will be almost certain to drop into Division 6

Less home revenue and loads less away fans visiting  .... .... lots less than this Season so even with their new benefactor they could still struggle financially

And people on here think we are in the s**t

It's on EFL equivalent of IFollow at £9.50 ... anybody cheering them on (or not)

York is not exactly the place to go when you need a result

Tbf .... they could get flayed and still stay up as most of remaining games are against Teams down there with them

Could well go to last game v Dorking away but I hope NOT

York themselves are not safe and have a tough run in. It’s a must win game for them too. I’m shouting for York tonight.

Three years ago it was unthinkable that Scunny could be in such a position.
Two years ago it was unthinkable that we could be in the position we are now.
We could very easily slip through the trapdoor next season if this slide we are in isn’t arrested.

It won't be long till we are in a similar position if we keep on going as we are.

0-0 it ends up.
Not good for scunny. 7 games left, 8 points from safety, 9 if you consider their woeful gd. Relegation beckons.
York still looking over their shoulder also.

Some great results for Scunny tonight NOT

Torquay Gateshead and Dorking all won

Dorking now 11 points clear and a game in.hand

Gateshead 8 points ahead and 3 games in hand

Scunny can't catch everybody but Maidstone are virtually down and our old Pals Yeovil have now dropped into bottom 4 although they lead the sKitsons by 7 points AND 2 games in hand

Looks bad for the Bunnies eh

EDIT

Sorry for the poor Maths. Every single gap was wrong when I listed it last night

Better for Scunny all round

What on earth has happened to Torquay and Yeovil?

Both look in s**t creek . Torquay at Scunny next and both them and Yeovil have to play Wrexham as well

Torquay have Chesterfield as well.

They really need to do the Bunnies on Saturday.

They may well all be in the bottom 4

Yeovil
Torquay
Scunny
Maidstone

So at least 3 ex EFL clubs going down to National league North/South it would seem.

Once you go down to National League it’s easier to go down again than get promoted back to League 2

Looks like it may be a straight swap though , with Wrexham and Notts County looking good and Chesterfield and Barnet potential play off "winners" ?

Agree ... its difficult to get up even now

And Scunny if they drop to Div 6 will take a huge hit when their away end houses many less away Fans than it has

It's one for us to be wary of. We simply CANT be allowed to fall further

This Season needs to be a turning point

Not sure on requirements but can’t see them being saved on grounds not being fit for purpose. Ebbsfleet in south, AFC Fylde, Kings Lynn and Chester in the North
